We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, simply return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
